		<description>Interesting idea for a comparison. You might give freehostia.com and 110mb.com a try. I'm currently on freehostia, but I was using 100mb in the past.

There are also other things you should compare other than speed and execution.
-version of PHP
-disabled functions
-enabled opening of URL through fopen (I think it's the allow_furl_open setting?)</description>
